Rent includes all bills and WiFi - with the exception of gas (card meter) this can be between £30 during the summer to £50 in the winter ..though this can change energy price increase/decrease. Council tax student letter required to show full time status to enable rent as stated, as it allows for reduction in bill reflected in the stated rent/ inclu bills. Non students will pay additional amount towards council tax each month.
