We live in a great neighbourhood in Nether Edge, close to shops, some lovely cafes (Cafe 9!) and close to bus routes. Its about a 30 minute walk to town, slightly less to the University. We have a double room to rent on the first floor. It's warm and cosy, with a desk, large window, bed, wardrobe and broadband access. The rest of the house is shared with three lodgers in their 20's: and 30s, all professionals. This is a beautiful period house and we aim to rent it to friendly, active professionals, or post graduate students. As a house we enjoy cooking together, watching films on our projector, doing a pub quiz or just having some quiet times on our own. Two or three times a year we also have house concerts and dinner parties. There is also a lovely summer garden (where we often have summer BBQ's and bike storage.).
