Looking for a lodger for this sunny spacious double room on the 1st floor of a terraced house. It's fully furnished with everything you might need, including a desk and wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a shared living room, where my huge collection of comics lives.

The house is walking distance from the city centre and 15 mins drive from the Peak District in a pretty well-connected area with a number of supermarkets, cafes etc nearby.

Another lodger Simon lives in the house long term, he's lovely and works as a retrofit assessor in the day, and is into climbing, mountain biking and squash outside work. The vibe is pretty relaxed, private time and shared time are both enjoyed in equal measure.

We're looking for considerate, friendly professional who's after a home, rather than just a house. If you're interested, please message me with some details about you and what you're looking for.
