I have a spare, newly renovated room with ample storage space in a clean house in a really welcoming and quiet cul de sac. This is a house share. There’s currently two of us living here and a rescued cat. We are both full-time employed professionals and there’s a nice easy-going atmosphere in the house. We’re looking for a clean, friendly person who enjoys live as much as we do. Keywords are good vibes and trust.

Just off Meadowhead roundabout, 10 minutes into Chesterfield centre, 15 minutes into Sheffield centre (depending on traffic!), 20 minutes into Hathersage. 3 minutes walk from bus stop.

I (the landlord) am originally from Germany but have lived in the UK since 2005. I’m an outdoor instructor and languages teacher living a very active life style and I‘m pretty laid back.
