I am a 32 year old, I spend as little amount of time indoors as possible. Spend most of my time working, socialising or exercising
Have an existing lodger who is 19, who is also active and often out socialising.
My girlfriend also stays every other weekend

I have a 6 year old cocker spaniel who spends most of the time with me including during the work day however there are occasions he will be at home without me
