One room available in an 8 bed house on Rigby Road in Portswood. The tenants are all 2nd year girls at the University of Southampton.

Lovely big room, loft converted with a double bed, desk and sink.
The house has 3 bathrooms, a communal sitting room and large kitchen with 2 hobs, 2 sinks and plenty of storage space. There’s is also a small garden.

Rent is £115 a week, not including bills.

It’s about a 5 min walk to Aldi and popular clubs and pubs (Sobar, Jesters, the hobbit). It’s about a 25min walk away from campus and there is also a nearby Unilink bus stop with links to Portswood and highfield campus.

The 7 girls are very sociable and love going out as well as having some nights in to watch a film together. Four of the girls are part of the same netball club and might host socials from time to time. We are looking for someone who is sociable and also likes a bit of their own space and quiet.
