We have 2 rooms in a large, clean and friendly house in Bassett Green. This is a quiet residential area, we have one room taken until September 2026. One large double room is still available! Would suit students or postgraduate students.

On direct bus route to the main campus. 10 minutes by bicycle.

The house is very friendly and also has an extra friendly small dog!

All duvets, pillows sheets etc are included and both rooms share the use of a kitchen/utility room. The kitchen and the shower room are for sole use of the two tenants. The owner has her own facilities.

The other tenant is a lady.

All bills and council tax are included in the rent.
