I work shifts so would ask that you could keep noise to minimum whilst I'm on shift during the day as I travel and work long night shifts. Place also come with a Belgium Malinois so potential lodger must like dogs.
Would take less for shift worker lookings for digs
Looking for someone tidy at least, I'm happy to use the rent money to get a cleaner in.
The property has two sitting rooms if you wish to chill out on your own and has several fridges parking etc.
