Hey, I am looking for someone to rent my spare double room in the house I live in (with my dog) for short or longer term let.
An absolute dog lover is a must.
Female professionals or students /post grads preferred. Someone quiet, respectful, friendly and sociable but who also likes their own space and respects others. Needs to be considerate, clean and tidy, ie clean up after themselves!!

Rent includes bills ie council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband, wifi.
Road parking, use of kitchen, lounge, and bathroom.

Non smoking. Good energy, healthy vibe welcomed

Walkable distance to all local amenities, 3 gyms, pool, cafes, shops, local pubs, supermarket, post office, cash points, transport links and motorway nearby.
Minimum of a month stay, no current maximum as open to discussion.

Room available ideally from 15 October.
It may be possible to move in sooner than 15th Oct if required.

The neighbours are nice too!!!.
