The good sized single room overlooks the garden so it is very peaceful, not disturbed by traffic. It is shown here as Room 3, again the photo is old and we have improved the room since then and forgot to take a better pic as it was occupied as soon as it was finished.
It is in a quiet house, no loud music, a haven for working people wanting to just get on with their lives. The room has all the furniture for you to move into with just your personal items. There is a single bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a desk and shelves. The other residents are pleasant and quiet professionals.
The house is in a very central Victorian Terrace, it is crisp, clean and light, all well thought out with a pretty patio garden through the kitchen doors, where you can sit and relax in the sun and fresh air. Actually the photo of the garden is old, it looks a lot smarter now with the back wall painted white. The recent hot weather has damaged the grass but like all lawns it should recover quickly.
This house is really conveniently located near The Range, and the Royal Mail Sorting Office, 5 minute walk to stations and buses, the High Street shops, and a bit further to the beach.
There is a full bathroom and and a separate shower room with toilet and basin, so no queuing for the one bathroom. The large, light kitchen diner has wide patio doors which open up onto the garden. The kitchen has both washing machine and dryer, as well as all the usual appliances. The internet service is also included in all the bills covered by the rent.
You will be welcome and part of a reasonable working community. There is Resident's street parking if you need it at a reasonable price of about £22 a year.
The house and garden is well managed by active landlords, members of SEAL, the local network of good landlords, therefore among the best landlords in the town.
