I have a large double room available from 10th October in my home to rent. The room is furnished with a bed with a silent night mattress, cupboard and chest of drawers.

The house underwent a full internal renovation in 2023, with a new kitchen, bathroom, living room, carpets and bedrooms throughout! There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs WC. This home also has a large garden.

I am looking for a nice, genuine professional that is looking to live in a home not just a house. My home is my sanctuary and I am looking for someone that has the same mindset.

There are TWO shared living room areas with sofa, tv and dining area in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, and utility space including washing machine and dryer.

The rate is inclusive of high speed broadband, water, gas, electricity. Council tax is separate and will be payable in addition to the rent.

This home also comes with two cats that are just 1 year old - they are cuddly and loving and very well behaved. You will not have to interact with the kittens if you do not want to but I am looking for someone that is tolerant of feline friends.

3 minutes walk to Prittlewell station - The train from here goes directly to London Liverpool Street

15 minutes walk to Southend Hospital

15 minute walk to Southend town centre

30 minute walk to Seafront

8 minutes walk to Priory Park

Just to note:
This is a female house, so the preference would be for another lovely lady to join but we may make an exception for an outstanding man with the right vibes to curate a cool, happy and fun home.
