Talking about myself as the live-in landlord, I’m a friendly and sporty 42 year old professional, out throughout the day. I go regularly to the gym and enjoy being out as much as I can on hikes, walks.

**Please note:** There is currently a second lodger in the property who was originally my lodger before purchasing her own flat. Her purchase has been delayed, so she is temporarily staying on while the sale completes.

This is a temporary arrangement and she will move out as soon as she is able to complete on her new home. In the meantime, we will agree a reduced rent to reflect the temporary additional occupancy and the circumstances.
