Hi I have one large double room in a three bedroom house. There is a sofa and dinning room with kitchen, one toilet/shower and garden.
Maximum of 3 people in 3 rooms but one toilet/shower only.

I am looking for calm people, who like to live their own, not too much noisy, respectful to others and their values/privacy.

PLAB candidate, Doctor, Intern MPhil/PhD students, Staffordshire University students (due to location) will get priority but open for all. Short term let available. Due to current female tenants, female will be preferred but open to couple or two to share the room.
