Lovely Furnished Double Room in Friendly Home – Female Tenant Preferred

I’m looking for a calm, friendly and considerate female tenant to share my home with.

I’d love to find someone who feels more like a friend and housemate rather than simply a tenant. I’m a friendly person and I don’t mind sharing the food I cook, having a chat from time to time. At the same time, I completely respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

The house has a beautiful, spacious and fully decorated garden, which is a lovely place to relax.

You’ll also be sharing the house with Raya, my very friendly Cocker Spaniel, who absolutely loves having company! She is an important part of the family, so you should be comfortable and happy around dogs.
