Hi I’m a live in landlord. A self employed female with a very sweet, lazy and quiet dog.

I have a lovely cottage in Penclawdd with all amenities, excellent shower pressure, dishwasher, log burner, a large garden and a king size bed. There are public tennis courts and a large playing field at the back of the house. There is also a lovely community centre round the corner with lots of classes and a monthly market.

I am about 25mins from swansea centre, close to the beaches and the m4. The house is right next to the estuary and stunning sunsets.

I enjoy surfing, climbing, woodwork, handstand club, gigs, saunas, and the occasional having friends round for dinner. i of course love being outdoors and walking the dog a lot. There are lots of lovely walks close by. I’m not much of a partier these days but it’s nice once in a while.
I’m open to anyone who wants to check out the place. It is a meat eating house and the dog does like a cuddle on the sofa.

Bills included, apart from a small contribution to fire wood, if it’s used lot.
