Furnished double room in a terraced house. Living room space, an art space, dining room, and kitchen available. Double shower in the bathroom and another separate toilet space. There is an at home office space available. I have a cat who is very sweet and friendly, very shy so there is potential for introducing a new cat, but unfortunately not a dog. I recently bought my house so I'm looking for a laid back tenant with similar interests to me. One or two years contract available. Bills are £106.12, not including council tax (band B).
