Cosy single room available in a lovely bungalow in a quiet village just outside Truro. Regular bus service between Truro and Newquay runs through the village. You will be sharing with myself and Penelope the cat, who is very friendly despite her resting face. You will have full access to the whole house including shared bathroom and open plan living room / kitchen with usual amenities; cooker, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi. Front and back gardens; sheltered and good for catching the sun and watching the birds. You will have access to the garage for storage, this is not attached to the house but close by where there is plenty street parking available. Looking for someone laid back and like minded to share with who will equally enjoy some social time together as well as time to yourself. I work full time and spend a few evenings a week at my partner’s so there’ll be plenty opportunities for time with the place to yourself.
