Due to unforeseen circumstances, I cannot attend UOY anymore and so I am listing this room: the room is a spacious attic room with a double bed and basic furnishings. You would be living with 3 amazing, lovely girls who are in their second year of uni and love going out and also chilling and hanging out together.
The house is just a 25 minute walk from UOY west campus, 10 minute walk from Aldi in Fulford and a 25 minute walk from the city centre. There are plenty of buses that run in the area that can take you to the university, city centre and other places in York.
Rent: 175 a week, bills not included.
Deposit: £500
Tenancy start: 9th September 2026.
As it is a student house, you will be exempt from council tax.
