Hi! My current flatmate is now moving on to somewhere new so a double room in my apartment has become available for rent and I am seeking a relaxed and friendly person to take their place.

This is a 3rd floor apartment, fully furnished and features heating throughout, a washer/dryer and dishwasher which all come in handy. The advertised bedroom is empty now but does come partly furnished with a double bed, a large lamp and private use of the main bathroom as I have my own en suite. The apartment also comes with use of a private parking space placed directly in front of the entrance to the building as well as a secure bike shed.


Bills are not included in the rent price and currently estimated to be approximately £200 p/m to include share of the council tax, electricity, water and high speed broadband accounting for additional usage of a second occupant.
