My flatmates are graduating and moving out end of June.

3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom flat in great location.
The flat is just off King Street and a 2-minute walk to Tesco Express. 10-minute walk to Aberdeen Uni & 5 minutes to Aberdeen Sports Village.
Lovely furnished and well-decorated flat, dishes and kitchenware are all available for use. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in the flat.
Available for move-in in start of August since I will be away in July!

I am looking for students or young professionals who are clean, kind, and respectful. About me: I am starting a PDGE course at UofA in August, I love reading and crocheting, am generally easygoing and always up for making friends!
