I’m renting out a bright, comfortable spare room in a clean and well-maintained flat. The room will be fully furnished (currently unfurnishes as in the image but the furniture is in storage and will be prepared before let out. It get's plenty of natural light, plenty of space and warm with a good central heating system (great shower too!).

The flat has a shared living room / kitchen / bathroom, all kept clean and tidy and in good condition.

The property is conveniently located in old Aberdeen, the University is less than 10 mins walk. The town center is 15-20 mins walk [transport links, shops, cafes, etc.]. It’s well connected but still feels calm and residential.

Myself and my partner live here with one flatmate currently renting. My parner and I will be going away for four months so we want to get the room rented while we're away. You’d be sharing with a young professional female. She's 26 and works in a childrens nursery. She's very chill and easy to get along with. All welcome here, students, professionals etc

Rent is £300 per month plus bills. The room is available from 20th Feb.
