I have a single bedroom available in a flat and I’m looking for a female flatmate.

Rent is £250 each per month.
Council tax is £45.90 each.
Gas is around £35 each, and electricity is pay as you go (top-up key). All bills are shared 50/50. Can expect a total of £400 max each month all inclusive.

We share the kitchen and bathroom. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Union Square, and there’s a bus stop right outside for RGU, UoA, and Union Street.

We’d prefer a tidy, non-smoker girl. A small deposit of £200–£250 would be needed.
