Ground floor double bedroom with own showerroom available in house with pleasant garden in quiet leafy street near University of Aberdeen. Share large open plan living room, kitchen, sunroom and study / guest bedroom with post grad student (Charlie - see below). Prefer another post grad or professional or possibly available for a couple (at negotiable price. The house is not an HMO so a maximum of 2 unrelated tenants is allowed, or 3 people if 2 are related or in a relationship).

The current tenant is named Charlie, and he is a 25-year-old professional male studying for an MBA at the University of Aberdeen. He's originally from the US and has a small plant-based chocolate company there, though he has lived in Scotland for the past 7 years. Charlie describes himself as a quiet, independent person who also enjoys socialising every now and then. He's tidy, courteous, and able to get on with anyone.

Please note, if you are not a full time student, in addition to the rent you will have to pay Council Tax (to Aberdeen City Council). The house has band E valuation with total charge (Council, water supply and waste water) =£2624/year. With only 1 non student in the house there is 25% discount so the payment due to the Council is £164/month (ouch!).
