Hi, I’m looking for a person, ideally a girl, to take over my lease. The flat is a 10 minute walk away from the Old Aberdeen campus.

Pets aren’t allowed by the landlord and the current tenant is a female University of Aberdeen student. The room in the photos is up for rent. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is also a lovely view of the sea from the room and living room!
