Hello! I am looking to sublet my well-maintained and fully furnished student apartment, ideally located in 11 Pittodrie street, Aberdeen from July 1st to August 30th, as I will be leaving the country early due to my graduation.

Location: 11 Pittodrie street, inside the Trinity Court, Aberdeen. It is only 2mins walk to the Aberdeen Sports village, 3 mins walk to the nearest Tesco and bus station, and 15 min-walk to the University!

Size: There are 2 bedrooms in this flat with a luxury study, a kitchen and TWO toilets. The study, kitchen and a small toilet locates ground floor of this flat, while the two bedrooms and a big washroom (with bathtub) locates at the second floor, connected by inside-stairs. Both of the 2 bedrooms are for reletting, which is perfectly suitable for couples or friends!

Furnishings: In bedrooms: a cozy-single bed (able to contain maximum two people), a shelf and a wardrobe. The kitchen includes an oven, fridge, microwave, Washing machines and dishwashers, kettle and dust catcher. The study rooms has two study desks and a shelf.

We have personally owned clothes rack (bought in Ikea) and other equipment to be presented as gifts, just ask!
