Hi all, a room is becoming available from the 1st of July as I’m moving back home.

Looking for women and under 30 only!

As shown in the photos the flat is pretty spacious and you would be sharing it with only one other person. The flat has a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. There are also two storage
rooms in the hallway (like the one in the picture with the coat and pink suitcase), so you would have one to yourself. Both the living room and my bedroom have large windows (+ the bedroom has an amazing view over the sea!!) and access to separate (albeit pretty narrow) balconies.

The flatmate you would be living with is Souha. She is 24, recently completed her Masters at UoA and just started working full-time. She's very friendly and always up for a chat, but we would both mostly do our own thing and also be out of the flat a lot, so it's not uncommon to have the place to yourself every once in a while.

The flat is close to the roundabout on Hutcheon street, so both the UoA campus and the city centre are less than a 15min walk away. There's a Lidl right across the street and a Sainsbury's Local and Morrisons closeby, so the location is very convenient for grocery runs.
