Location is ideal for a student. 2min walk to bus stop for numbers 1&2. Doctors office, pharmacy, shops, library,
also gym and swimming pool within 5min walk.
Right next to Westfield Park, very quiet area.

House has gas central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, air fryer/pressure cooker. High speed Internet. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and terrestrial channels.

Several medium/large dogs live in the house as well as one cat. You must be OK with this as there will be no avoiding them. If animals are not your thing, just don't apply 😉

Current occupants are me (home owner) and a female 1st uni student doing her PhD. We want to enjoy living together, not be strangers in a house. We aren't throwing wild parties, but if you enjoy games, books or the occasional Netflix binge like we do, that's the kind of person we're looking for.
