I have a 3 bedroom flat in the Hilton Cala Campus. ( Tailor Place, AB244RU )

The main room with the en-suite is mine. The second big spacious bedroom comes with its own separate bathroom, both of which are currently being not used and will be used by whoever ends up being the lodger.

The room is fully furnished and has plenty of storage.

The third bedroom is my home office.

The living room is huge, fully furnished and the kitchen is spacious.

There is fibre optic broadband, smart tv with a sound system in the living room with a 4 person dining table and big leather sofas.

The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, dishwasher, fully integrated fridge freezer and plenty of storage.

There is a bi directional balcony in the flat getting sun in the morning from 2 sides.

There’s plenty of private parking, lots of greenery and walking paths all around the development.

I don’t cook at all as my other flat in the development is occupied by my mum and dad, so most of the cooking happens there. I usually just bring over the food and re heat. My cooking is tea/coffee/cereal/toast and microwaving.

I’m in my mid 30s, professional owning a few businesses in Aberdeen with my office not too far from the university. I’ve lived in Aberdeen for 17 years and Singapore before here.

I work from home till noon and am out after.

Home office is available if I am not using it if someone wants to work from home or do zoom calls etc. from home not from the bedroom !

I enjoy cinema, Netflix, music, going to the gym, driving and traveling amongst a few other things.

I’m pretty quiet, good to get along with and can be social if my flat mate want me to be. Though it’s been a while since I’ve had a flatmate.

The only reason now to get a flatmate is that my new current flat is too big for 1 person and it can get really quiet with no one around. So it will be good to have some company when at home who is like minded and not too loud and wants to just chill and relax in the flat.
