-my roommate is going on placement and is looking for someone to take over her lease until summer.
-Rent is £375 a month, bills are usually approx £40. A deposit of £375 is also required.
-flat is located in the west end and a 5 minute walk into town. Bus routes for both Aberdeen uni and RGU are close too.
-Huge bedroom with super-king bed, en-suite with underfloor heating, shared spacious living room, kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and a dining room with 6 seat table perfect for eating/studying. Flat is on the second floor. Neighbours are lovely and so helpful, they always bring in our parcels for us if we're out at uni etc.
-Must have a UK Guarantor and be a student for council tax reasons.
-you will be sharing with 3 roommates, two 22F and one 22M.
-move in asap subject to agency approval etc.
-on street parking available with a council parking permit
Our lease ends on May 11th as we are all graduating, however you are more than welcome to keep the flat and renew a new lease on your own from May onwards. (subject to letting agency approval)
