I'm looking for a female flatmate aged 18-26 to take over my room in the flat.
I have a single bedroom available in a nice 2 bed flat, in a quiet cul-de-sac (no through traffic or pedestrians) just off Urquhart Rd. It is in a great location, 15min walk to Aberdeen Uni Kings campus, 15min walk to Union Street, and a 15min walk to the beach! One minute walk to the main bus stop on King St and 5min walk to Morrisons supermarket.
The flat has two bedrooms, living room/kitchen and a modern shower room and is fully furnished. The single room has drawers, built-in wardrobe, desk and bookcase.
Living room area has a leather sofa, table and chairs, window seat, large bookcase, cupboard and shelving.
Kitchen area has washing machine, tumble dryer, oven & hob, microwave and all necessary crockery and cooking utensils. There is no Television. Please note, if you wish to bring your own TV you will be responsible for buying a TV licence.
The flat is well insulated and has double-glazing throughout. It has gas central heating and secure entry.
There is a large shared garden with lockable shed and drying green.
There is free on street parking outside the flat.
Sorry - no smokers in the flat but we have a garden available if you would like to smoke. No pets.
