Looking for someone to take over my section of the lease in an all female 3 bed flat. The flat is in a fantastic location, and the flatmates are absolutely lovely. All very friendly, and their studies are important to them. A clean and considerate person is essential. Student is a must, there is no council tax due to all current tenants being students.

The room is the largest room in the home and comes with all furniture in picture included.
