Hello! I am looking for a mature, respectful, clean and tidy housemate who would enjoy sharing and maintaining a homely space in this beautiful house in Footdee. There is a choice of 2 rooms available, both of which are light and spacious. I am a kind and friendly person, I like having time to myself and also like having wine and cheese nights now and again with friends, sharing coffee and cake, or just chatting beside the fire with some music or a film on. If this sounds like a good fit for you, give me a shout! The house is in Council Tax Band D and is not on the ground level so there is a lovely sea view. Availability could be negotiated if you require an earlier move in date :)
