A nice and quiet double room available in a two-bedroom flat. It is at the start of the city center and very close to the university campus as well. Close to all big supermarkets including big Morrison and Lidl around the corner. Accessible transportation routes and just few minutes walking distance to the City train station and the coach station.
1 male student already living in the flat and looking for another person to joined in July. Preferably any student will be great (for council tax reasons) but open to professionals as well.
Utility bills are not available so it will be equally shared between other flatmate.
