Currently looking for a flatmate to move into my spare double bedroom in a large open plan modern flat. The flat has an open plan living/dining and kitchen area with a shared bathroom and an awesome walk-in shower. Around the flat, there are communal gardens, a bike shed and plenty of private parking if you drive.

To make it easier to compare the room itself is £380 a month (equivalent to a £760 a month 2-bed rental) Internet £36 and Council Tax £204 are included in the rent making it £500 a month.

Gas and Electric are shared based on monthly usage. Currently, the gas and electricity bill is £80 a month to £120 in winter. All in all, you should expect to pay around £580 a month in total all bills included.

The flat is well located for walking, driving and bus routes. We are only a 10 to 15-minute walk from the city centre, 5 minutes from Aberdeen University, 10 minutes from the beach and 20 to 25 minutes to the Hospital.

If you drive, then during the morning traffic you are roughly 20 minutes to Tullos and Westhill industrial estates and about 30 minutes to Dyce.

The First bus station is just around the corner, the busses are frequent and to most parts of the city and the surrounding areas of Aberdeen.
