I am a homeowner of a 3 bedroom house looking for lodgers to occupy the second and third bedrooms.

Rent is £400 or £450 a month (depending on room), although this is negotiable depending on how willing you are to partake in the cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas!

The rent includes all bills and super fast broadband. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared.

The kitchen contains a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Th bathroom contains a bath, shower, heated towel rail and heated mirror.

I live with 2 dogs and have numerous tanks of various tropical fish and insects (no spiders!!), so someone who appreciates animals would be required.

I am a 34 year old male who works from home, but I do travel a lot.

Finding someone who I will get along with is much more important to me than getting someone in quickly, so I would be willing to hold the room for the right person. It would be helpful if you could write a little about yourself when making any enquiries.
