The house is a short walk from Abingdon centre with shops and cinema and with regular buses to Oxford. Perfect location for Milton Park, Harwell and Culham Science centre. The A34 is a few minutes drive too. Full use of garden and parking space on the drive. I have had summer tenants for a number of years from the science parks and 2 have driven and 2 rode their bikes. I work in a local school and have lived in the area for quite a while so am very happy to help a newcomer settle into the area and help introduce to local facilities, good walks, gyms, pubs and eating places, should they wish to. If you have a bike then it can go into the garage as well.
I am looking for a very clean and considerate person who is happy to show respect for others and their property, but have fun and a laugh too.
The modern kitchen and bathroom are shared but I am out quite a lot as I am away some weekends and have a summer holuday booked. So far my other past tenants have not had any problems over this.
