I'm Rosanna and I'm looking for someone to share my home.

My current lodger is moving in to her own property, and the expected timeline is for September possibly sooner. We have become the best of friends, so finding the right person, is extremely important to me.

Just looking for someone sociable, relaxed and reliable. I have lived in shared housing before (both as a lodger and the landlord) so I understand the importance of making a house a home.

The price is £625 but I'm happy to consider less, for a Monday-Friday agreement.

There are 3 bedrooms, but I'm only renting out the 1 to give the new tenant and I enough space and to allow guests to stay (on either side).

As a landlord, I'm outdoorsy, with a love for anything water based. I'm originally from Cornwall and moved up for work. I'm partial to a glass of wine, eating good food, and keeping active!
