This quiet, spacious double room is available for single occupancy. It will suit someone relocating to the area who does not want to share with 4 or 5 others in party central! You will have your own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. I live in my self-contained flat on the ground floor, but keen to share some time and my garden with a lodger, therefore females preferred. I have been a language teacher,( French and Spanish) and worked in Japan for 8 years. I visit Australia every year and generally stop off somewhere in Asia enroute.
The house is in North Abingdon, 5 minutes walk from the Oxford road with buses to Abingdon, Oxford, and Didcot with onward fast trains to London. The location is very convenient for Oxford, Abingdon Science Park and Culham as well as Milton Park and Harwell.
Abingdon is a pleasant old market town on the River Thames, with plenty of walks, social and sports clubs nearby, or a 20 minute bus ride to Oxford with everything cultural and academic that this great city has to offer.
