Hi! We are looking for someone to replace our housemate who is moving out on 3rd Oct. The room available is a large double bedroom with an en-suite toilet and bath. The room itself is fully furnished.

The house is situated near peachcroft roundabout which has a convenient bus connection to oxford and central abingdon. Radley train station is also about a 10min cycle ride away.

The house also has a dedicated living room with a conservatory extension and small, low maintenence garden. There's one communal shower and two communal toilets.

Room is 600pcm not including bills. Bills may vary through the year but we expect them to be between 100-150pcm.

We are a group of 2 students and 1 full time worker all currently working on Culham Campus. If you don't mind living with a bunch of physicists and engineers feel free to send a message :)

Note: We are under a joint tenancy which ends on 24/08/2027 (can be rolled over) hence the 11 month listing.
