I’m looking to move out of my room and need to find a replacement. The tenancy lasts until 24/8/2026, with the chance to renew. The room is a very large upstairs bedroom (~3x4m), with space for at minimum a desk, double bed, and chest of drawers. Rent is very good for the area and bills are very doable too (~£60-£70 per person per month). Council tax if you’re a professional is £52 each per month. Overall a very good deal!
