I am looking for a young professional or student to take over my room in a shared house from March 9th as I am moving in with my partner.
The room is large and gets lots of natural light thanks to a big window front covering an entire wall. It is fully furnished with a built-in wardrobe (lots and lots of storage!), a double bed with two bedside tables, a desk and chair, a chest of drawers, and wall shelving for books or decoration.
You will be sharing with 3 young professionals in their mid-twenties to early thirties, a woman and two men. We enjoy chatting over a meal in the kitchen, but also respect each other's space.
In addition to the kitchen, which is very bright thanks to a conservatory-style ceiling, we share a living room with a TV and two bathrooms.
Acton Town Station (District/Piccadilly line, 35 minutes to Central London) is a 10-minute walk away. There are also multiple bus stops a 5-minute walk away.
We are located immediately next to Gunnersbury Park, which I have loved while living here because it allowed me to go for extended walks. The house itself has a lovely conservatory and a back garden. Permit parking is available.
You would be renting from a private landlord who lives in the area and is quick to respond to any requests.
Deposit £950 and monthly rent £950. All bills (heating, hot water, internet etc.) and council tax (Band E) are included in the rent. Minimum 6-month stay, subject to Renters Rights Bill legal changes. Smoking outside is okay, but not inside the property.
