A modern, big double room with king size bed in a 2-floor flat is available in the East Acton/Shepherds Bush area. The house is built and furnished under the highest standards and is in mint condition.

The other flatmates are two PhD students, one English and one Italian and very easy-going and pleasant.

The room is very spacious and bright with a huge window, practically en-suite (full bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and sink next to to the room for exclusive use). The wardrobes cover a whole wall and can fit everything. On top of that, two bedsit tables and two bedsit lamps are available in the room and enough space for a desk or other furniture, if needed.
The room is on the first floor
and is quiet and isolated.

The living room is beautiful, with two sofas, a sofa table and a very big dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need (dishwasher too) and a full-size fridge.

The location of the flat is extremely convenient as it is a 15-min walk from central line (East Acton) and an 8-10 min bus ride (or 20-min walk) from several tube stations and lines (Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush, Shepherds Bush market, Chiswick, Stamford Brook, Ravenscourt Park)
It is also well connected to all these stations and the rest of London with 24h buses (266 and 207) and the bus stops are literally right outside of the house.

The neighbourhood is very quiet, super safe and friendly with many big grocery shops (Tesco Metro 1min walk), off-licences, pubs, cafes and restaurants located in an a few mins walk (Askew Road).
Council tax is paid by the landlord so even if you are a professional you won't have to pay it and all the rest bills (Gas, Water, Electricity, High Speed Wireless) are roughly £50/month
