My weird relationship has broken up and left a tenancy contract to deal with. We were going to get a dog, this is a huge place, would be great for animals, lovely parks nearby, sadly we didn't get to be here much. The deposit is 1200 and the rent is 1100, 12 month contract. Bills not included, the electricity can be topped up with a key. Sorry the pics are refusing to work properly. Basement flat, carpet entrance, nice hardwood floor mostly, big kitchen, extra storage space, bath and shower, could easily put a second bed in and have a spare bedroom.
