Looking for a new flatmate to fill a double room in our 3BR flat.

The flat is lovely and light with big windows throughout. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor alongside the kitchen/living area and bathroom. The third room is on the top floor.

The room is at the front of the house and has big bay windows looking out at the quiet street. It comes with a double bed, two bedside drawers, wardrobe, two sets of built in shelves (books will be cleared for you!) and desk. The flat also has a loft space which you are welcome to store bulky things e. g. suitcases, you don't need everyday (as access is through the upstairs bedroom.)

A trap door in the kitchen leads down to a small "garden" area and there are many lovely parks within walking distance. Street parking is available with a resident's permit.

I am a 29 yo professional - I work from home 1/2 days a week and the rest of the time I'm in the office in Notting Hill. Lewis is 25 and lives in the top room. He's studying Fashion Photography at UAL.
