Hi I'm Hash. I'm a full time working friendly professional in healthcare while studying.
I'm looking for a flat mate to move in asap who is either a student or a working professional.
Must be in full time employment + Only 1 Months deposit.

I love cooking and am very hospitable.
I tend to study a lot on my days off and would like to live with someone who can accommodate for this.
Very well situated ground floor flat with good space. Large living room and reasonable sized kitchen.
I do not have any particular preference for gender as long as we get on well and are respectful. Equally, I like to keep the flat clean and tidy.
I need someone who can stay for a minimum of three months while we review circumstances for a longer period.

The available single room has inbuilt storage and IKEA shelves for further storage. There is a large communal garden too. Its great for when he suns out.
This is a very affordable room considering the quality of the flat and location.
Nearby and with really good walking distance, there is Morrisons, Lidl, Iceland and gym. Loads of other shops too.
