My name is Laura and I’m looking for someone to rent a room in the house that I live (I’m not the landlord). It would be for just 10 months maximum.. It’s a double room in Acton central. Big garden. Big kitchen. A shared bathroom. Flatmates: 30 woman (teacher myself) and 33 man (bartender). £650 plus bills: electricity, council and wifi (around £160 in total)
Only requirements: I’m looking for someone who is tidy and clean.
