Gorgeous large double room to let in my house in Acton. It’s a 4-bedroom house with two people currently living here, myself and a lovely Italian girl. We are looking for a third person to share the house with.

I work in TV and travel a lot with my work. My lodger works in healthcare and usually works 9-5 office hours. We are friendly and are just looking for a nice professional person to move in, someone that we can share friendly chats with and sometimes have dinner together.

The house is well located in zone 2 for public transport in the middle of three train lines, Elizabeth line, East Acton tube and Acton Central. It takes just 20 minutes to get to Oxford Circus and 5 mins to Westfield. Locally you can also walk to the popular Churchfield Road area, which has coffee shops, bistro pubs, a wine bar. There are also 4 gyms within walking distance from the house and a great park.

I have a cleaner who regularly cleans the communal parts of the house. No smokers please. Deposit and references required. The Council Tax band is F, but all bills are included in the rent.
