I am looking to rent the master bedroom (w/ private ensuite) in my two-bed apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor apartment and my current tenant has been in the second bedroom since 2021. The departing tenant for the master bedroom is moving out in May as his London contract is finishing.
The apartment is fully furnished, and has brand new appliances.
It has a balcony facing in towards a private courtyard for the residents of the block.
You will have your own ensuite, with the other tenant using the shared main bathroom.
The current tenant works Mon-Fri, as a chef at Google. He is a sociable guy, enjoys eating out, going to the cinema and watching sport.
