Hey there,
Looking to find a new tenant in this Acton house share!
It’s a very large room, with a private conservatory added on.
This room is for single occupant, so unfortunately not for couples.
The conservatory is all yours - no one else has access to it but you have a door to the lovely sheltered garden. The room has plenty of power plugs for lights, a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.
It’s a 5 min walk from Acton Main Line (Elizabeth line station, 10 min tube to Bond Street) and 7 min walk from North Acton (Central line station). Paddington station is one stop away!
Close to an Asda express, Tesco Express, and small Sainsbury’s. A bigger Asda superstore is a 10/15 min walk away. Takeaway options also very close by.
All the housemates are working professionals who keep to themselves. It’s a quiet house on a quiet street. New lockable fire doors added which will have been painted.
All bills included, plus a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.
It has a garden, and a parking space which no one in the house uses so would be for the new tenant if you have a car!
If you’d like to take the room I will put you in touch with the agent who will then go through referencing etc.
New Tenant:
- The new tenant must be in full time employment
- The new tenant is required to pay 1 weeks rent to reserve the room which would then be credited to the first months rent once complete
- The new tenant will be required to make a one-off contribution to Council Tax of £150 upon signing of the contract.
