Nice single room on the second floor in a Victoria house with three floors.

There are two self-contained studios and a big communal kitchen and a nice garden on ground floor.

Three rooms on the first floor sharing a bathroom/toilet , another independent toilet. where there is couple in one room and two girls in the other two room. They share the communal kitchen on the ground floor.

On second floor there are two single rooms where they have a shared shower/toilet and a small kitchen. One of this single room is going to be available on 17/4. As the other room is occupied by a girl at the moment, I am asked to look for a female tenant by my current tenant.

Landlord provide weekly cleaner to clean the communal area.

The house is 5 mins walk to North Acton Station (zone 2/3 central line), 20mins you are at Oxford Street) or 5 mins walk to Acton Main Line station on Elizabeth Line (15 mins to Lodnon Paddington). Local buses to Hammersmith, Willsden Green etc. Tesco express just outside North Acton station, 24 hours ASDA just over 10 minutes walk. 5 mins walk to local Gym, takeaways, newsagent, pharmacy, GP and dentist.

Free wireless internet. Parking space in front driveway of the house for two cars on first come first service basis or £70 a year parking permit to park in the street in front of the house.

£500 deposit and one month rent in advance. £700 per month inclusive everything except washing machine and drier are coin operated which cost £2 per wash and £1 per half an hour drying time.
